This project involves the redevelopment of the Research School of Physics and Engineering (RSPE) at the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra, ACT. The process services involve installation of gas cabinets, ventilated valve boxes and the distribution of high pure and ultra-high pure speciality gases throughout the facility.
Speciality gas services installed include Silane, Ammonia, Sulfer Hexafluoride, Methane, Hydrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Trifluoride, Chlorine, Boron Trichloride, Silicon Tetrachloride, High Purity Nitrogen, Helium, 5% Hydrogen in Argon, 5% Hydrogen in Nitrogen, Argon, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Octafluorocyclobutane, Trifuloromethane, Arsine, Phosphine, 500ppm Silane in Hydrogen, Hydrogen Chloride, House Nitrogen, Tetra-fluoromethane, & 1% Fluorine in Ne
