To increase site manufacturing capacity and improve compliance, new water generation equipment was installed as part of the manufacturing process. Pure Piping’s scope was to run pipework from the generation equipment to the manufacturing room, integrating filtered water (hot) into services for sanitisation. Then we ran product lines from the blending/manufacturing room to the two new 27,000 litre bulk storage tanks, from the tanks we ran product lines into the dispensing/bottling facility.
